Fiat Punto 2010 is in green room we had reported this news before too.Now new images of Fiat Punto Evo 2010 are available.Fiat planning to strip the Punto specific elements from Punto Evo.The available images prove this.Now the styling exercise of Punto leaves some similarities with Fiat 500.
2010 Fiat Punto front looks rounded in comparison to last variant.The front grille got a all new look by changing the air intake opening size and design.The fog lamps now repositioned towards centre.The last pictures were not disclosing the actual design of rear lamps.Now the tail lamps of Punto Evo 2010 also available.The position remains same but looks new clear lenses pieces have been embedded into it.But you must agree that now the tail lamp cluster looks more decent.
Fiat have done sufficient restyling exercises in Punto 2010’s interior as well.The interiors have got many digital elements now and definitely looks more user friendly.The dashboard has now became more compact but fully loaded.Now when comes to power house department, the general speculation is Fiat will retain the MJD 1.4 ltr engine in Punto Evo 2010 too.This we have to wait and see.The expected launch of Fiat Punto 2010 is end of this year.
Recently we seen Fiat Grande Punto Launch in India, we are happy that Fiat has done justice to Indian customers but now we fee Fiat could have brought this Punto Evo 2010 to India.What is your opinion?

I like the new facelift, but the Evo name does not belong on a car like this. Just keep the name the same, Grande Punto.
Yours is a valid point.But Fiat wants Punto in a new platform.That is the reason why they rechristened Grande Punto as Punto Evo.
