2010 Honda Civic New Variant Launched In Brazil

2010 Honda Civic is one of the successful Honda product in Brazil.Now Honda wants to make the performance of  the 2010 Civic further and they added one more variant to their existing offering.The latest addition to 2010 Honda Civic is Civic LXS C which is positioned between two other Civic variants,Civic LXS and Civic EXS.

2010 Honda Civic LXS C is an update  of Civic LXS with minor changes.The new features are new upholstery for seats and door internal panels are now dressed up with leather.Rear row seats passengers can now enjoy the magazine racks behind front row seats.Other main equipments remains same as that of  Civic LXS version.

Civic LXS C is powered by a 1.8ltr SOHC i-VTEC Engine similar to Indian Civic.A five speed manual and five speed auto gear box   are the options available in drive train department.There will be a small price increment in New Honda Civic LXS C and we are not sure does we really need a such upgrade with negligible changes with an additional cost.

By the way the reason behind sharing this small story is two weeks before we had seen a upgraded Civic Launch in India.But unfortunately we are disappointed while comparing these two Civics.Eventhough Brazil and India are members of BRIC countries India got Civic 2009 and Brazil received 2010 Honda Civic.Do you think it is a right move from  Honda?

Though the power house and other key features are same in both Civics the tail lamp unit of Civic in India is boring and difficult to digest.The 2010 Honda Civic tail lamp looks futuristic and classy enough to attract any one who had a glance.Does competition makes car manufactures to take decision about their product features in big way?Let us see how Chevrolet Cruze going to disturb the Honda camp.
