2010 Nissan Micra India Variant Unveiled

Nissan Micra/March is make or break game for Nissan India.Nissan is trying to make a strong foot in India eventhough their parent company Renault is struggling to keep the pace of their Indian operation.Micra is Nissan’s first number churner for Indian market.They are actively considering to make India as manufacturing base for Micra aka March to meet the Global demand also.

Micra Indian variant was yet to known but two images came out suggesting that this could be the first small car from Nissan for India.The pictures shows that Micra has grown up and reached some level of maturity.The production and commercial launch of the 2010 Micra will happen by first quarter  of 2010.Probably  the first 2010 Micra/March will roll out globally from India’s Detroit Chennai.

To us the 2010 Nissan Micra/March is a blend of few cars, the similarities may be remote but you can not ignore them either.Have a close look of the front grille do you see any similarity with another Japanese small car?We feel the front grille is a look alike of Toyota Yaris another yet to be Indian small car warrior.

Now have a similar examination of the rear side,here we see  a Korean DNA. May be our imaginations braking boundaries, atleast the tail lamp cluster have some tastes of Hyundai  i20.You may express you opinion irrespective of the outcome.

Now some ground realities,recently we reported that Nissan is planning to put Micra in and around Rs. 5lacs price band.Do you think at this price point Micra can prove itself?We are bit sceptical  about this.Anyway time and Micra will answer our query.
