2010 Toyota LandCruiser Prado/Lexus GX is all set for launch in upcoming Frankfurt International Auto Show.We had shown sneak peek of the upcoming 2010 Toyota Prado before few weeks.Today we received some fresh images of this on and off roader from one of our reader for sharing in our blog.Eventhough you might have noticed some images in other blogs but the interior image have been added in this lot.
Toyota Lexus GX 2010,our LandCruiser Prado’s looks failed to impress us in it’s opening shot. The front grille is huge and the gaps between the grille also look very large comparison to last edition of Toyota Prado. The secondary grille behind the main grille also new and bigger. All grill bars and periphery of the main grille have got chromium lining. The Toyota logo has been fitted between two grille bars.In last Toyota Prado the logo was fixed on middle bar.The position of the logo has come down and now in the middle of the grille.
New Prado got a huge front bumper, the fog lamps are now round, a change from rectangular fog lamps. The front bumper is really huge and looks like rear bumper of any other huge SUV.The bumper got a prominent embossing of “LAND CRUISER PRADO”. The headlamps are still same in the profile and features except the turn indicators.
2010 Toyota LandCruiser Prado tail lamps is now equally shared among the clear and red lens. The wrap around style of tail lamps gives new Toyota Prado much needed sports look. The red lining in the tail lamps also absent in 2010 Prado. The spoiler above the license plate got a proper and complete chromium treatment.
The cockpit of new LandCruiser Prado looks better organised and tidy. All equipments like touch screen, climate control system, audio system are visible. We believe Toyota knows needs of a SUV fan and will definitely load the 2010 Prado with all necessary items on the board.
In India our Prado is bit old and we believe it requires an update. Will Toyota bring the 2010 LandCruiser Prado to India?.Stay tuned for further updates,
