Spied:- 2011/2012 Hyundai Accent/Verna Hatchback

2012 Hyundai Verna Hatchback

Hyundai Accent/Verna hatchback is scheduled for 2011/2012 launch. Few months before we had shown you a set of spy images of this upcoming hatch from Hyundai. We need not to explain you about the origin of  2011/2012 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Hyundai  Motors is in the process of maximizing the benefits of their well received  Sonata Sedan platform. The Hyundai Sonata YF / i40 sedan  recently went on sale in many markets. The  Hyundai developed Accent/Verna  sedan and launched in this year’s Beijing Auto  Show.

2011 Hyundai Accent

Accent/Verna hatchback comes with same “Fluidic Sculpture” style design which we saw in other recent Hyundai  launches like Sonata, Elantra/Avante and Accent/Verna. The front portion till “A” column looks similar to it’s siblings  but the roof  profile has got a clear distinction. Hyundai is currently on product launch spree and luckily all of them are being received very well. We feel 2011/2012 Hyundai Accent/Verna hatch too will repeat the story.

Now  Toyota, Honda and VW got an additional task other than designing and producing better cars, tackling Hyundai in long term. Remember the fact that Hyundai had surpassed  Toyota and Honda in many Asian markets in terms of total sales. So let us wait and watch what is next from Hyundai, Toyota, Hyundai and VW in coming days.

Indian journey? most unlikely. Hyundai Motors India got a strong contender in hatchback segment in the form of i20. Day by day the sales figure of i20 is raising. So Hyundai may wait for some time to induce Accent/Verna hatchback in India (if at all they are planning to do so).
