2011 Chevrolet Aveo RS is waiting for it’s official debut during upcoming Paris Motor Show 2010. Last week Chevrolet has released a set of images of this upcoming hatch. Now one step ahead, Chevrolet has released a video which previews the exteriors and interiors of Aveo RS. Aveo RS with it’s large two piece grille and double headlamps looks aggressive and appears like an elder sister of Chevrolet Beat. The interiors and dashboard too based on Beat theme. Another interesting feature could be the rear door handle which is along ‘C’ column, this has become a Chevrolet signature. In India Chevrolet Aveo is struggling to compete with heavily armed opponents and Chevrolet India has not yet disclosed any plans to replace it with some promising products like this. We hope Chevrolet will seriously consider Aveo RS for Indian debut too (at least to show some justice to India Aveo).
Under the bonnet hood, Aveo RS may sport a 1.2ltr petrol and 1.3ltr turbo diesel which is sourced from Opel. Overall Chevrolet Aveo RS looks like a great product offering for market like India provided it is priced attractively. Now let us wait for official clarification from Chevrolet India.
