2011 Hyundai Sonata YF Sedan Launched

2011 Hyundai Sonata YF Sedan/I40 launched in this year’s  IAA Frankfurt.This car was appeared many times in our blog during it’s green room tenure.In our last post 2011 Sonata YF Sedan was almost disguised so you might have got a clear picture about this car.Sonata YF sedan also called Hyundai I40 in some countries.Back to the main story,

2011 Sonata YF will debut in South Korea first, the engine is 2.0Theta II MPi engine coupled with a six speed automatic gear box.Hyundai expects this new kid in sedan car segment will throw away the competition with “fluidic sculpture” styling and features under the roof.Sonata YF has been packed with top in class safety features and posses extremely good  fuel economy figures .

Hyundai Sonata is expected to return 12.8km/ltr fuel economy in standard test conditions.The engine is powerful enough to deliver 165PS at peak with above said outstanding fuel efficiency.The safety features of I40 include six air bags,Vehicle Dynamic Control System and Brake Assist System  functions .Other features that enhance driving experience are a three piece sunroof,parking guide system and a highly effective audio system.Many other systems like anti-theft device,GPS and centralized wireless monitoring system called Mozen Autocare service are all part of the offering.

Hyundai is planning to sell 60,000 units by end of this year, do you think it is an achievable task for this sedan?
