2011 Hyundai YF Sedan had appeared in Wheelosphere before few days, now car spies caught this much anticipated sedan from Hyundai Motors during photo shoot.This time the images are more refined and seems more closer to the actual machine.2011 Sonata FY aka I40 design looks more matured and clearly shows Hyundai’s ambition to venture out into luxury sedan segment.
Hyundai I40 rear looks more decent now,a small portion of tail lamps now occupies space on tail door too.Hyundai wants to reintroduce a new front grille,Sonata FY and Hyundai ix35 got similar grille design.
The instruments panel with nicely embedded dials at a depth have got good colour combination that makes 2011 Sonata FY more beautiful.
I40 is expected to be powered by a V6 petrol engine and 2.0ltr diesel engine. Hyundai may launch 2011 Sonata FY in Korea, their homeland first,U.S. may follow.The expected launch of Sonata YF in Korean is before this year.
Hyundai have not yet any plans related to Sonata YF’s Indian plans.So let us wait and watch what is going to happen..Till then stay subscribed to our daily updates,

Looks like an interesting car. Just wish they could for once stop copying so much from other cars designs and mashing them all together. I see the BMW lights at the back, mercedes design in the headlamps, the side profile of the body is all mercedes CLS stretched in a weird way!
Nice instrument cluster tho.

Sonata FY is interesting indeed,You made some important points.There are many parts which have some close similarity with Hyundai I40.
