Suzuki SX4 sedan Chinese edition is about to get a facelift. But we can’t just call it as a mere facelift, because along with facelift exercise new Suzuki SX4 become smaller also. The length of new SX4 is reduced by 20mm, we know this is very small change considering overall length of SX4. The front grille is now completely redesigned and got chromium treatment all over. The headlights pair too slightly different from it’s previous model.
2011 Suzuki SX4 will get two powerful engines, a 1.6ltr and a 1.8ltr both gasoline sipping power houses. Suzuki will be launching new SX4 during Guangzhou Auto Show scheduled to start by December 2010.
2011 Suzuki SX4 will not be launched in India for obvious reasons. Indian SX4 is unable to make an impact in it’s segment. Products like, VW Vento, Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Verna, Fiat Linea and Honda City are already making SX4’s life miserable here. So we don’t expect (don’t want) the Chinese SX4 in Indian roads.
Instead of bringing 2011 SX4 to India, Maruti Suzuki must bring SX4 hatchback to our roads.
