The latest image collection brings more details about the new CR-V’s exterior design aspects. New Honda CR-V looks like a more matured car with nice mix of lines and curves. The other factor to be noted is new Honda CR-V looks bigger than outgoing model.
The front grille design is completely new and matches to the character of the vehicle. The headlights are narrower than current CR-V and looks like a line of LEDs have been studded in it. The front bumper, fog lamp housings have undergone redesign exercise.
New Honda CR-V’s rear design resembles to Volvo XC60 SUV but once we go into details we can easily differentiate both the models. Still we are not clear about 2012 Honda CR-V’s seat configuration. Under the hood Honda may continue with current 2.4ltr engine but with minor tweaks for better fuel economy. The engine may get a five manual speed and a six speed auto box during new CR-V’s commercial launch.
