Audi A7 Sportback launch is around the corner and the proof is here. ACI brought these first images of Audi A7 Sportback from Mumbai. A7 is not camouflaged but missing all Audi badges except the one in front grille. The tail pipe configuration suggests that India bound A7 Sportback four door coupe will be powered by a 3.0-litre V6 diesel engine.
Audi A7 design is based on it’s big brother A8, the front grille with LED embedded headlamps looks gorgeous like any other Audi. The interior of Audi A7 has plenty of space which is decorated with fine quality leather, aluminium strips and wood panels. The Audi A7 dashboard is similar to A8 but it can be clearly distinguished once we go into deep. Audi A7 got many unique features, one of them could be a pop-up navigation system screen. With launch of A7 Audi wanted to bridge the gap between A6 and A8 and to a great they succeeded in their attempt.
In dimensions Audi A7 is 4970 mm long and 1910 mm wide. A7 is 170mm shorter and 40mm narrower than the A8. Audi India will launch A7 in India by mid of 2011.

Had seen three Audi cars on road in Mumbai and I guess they were roaming there for promotional purposes.
