Bajaj XCD 135 DTS-Si, the next ace from Bajaj and the first bike to be launched in year 2009.Bajaj XCD 135 DTS-Si will be launched in Indian roads on 21-January.The Bajaj XCD 135 will be heading on with  Hero Honda popular commuter segment offerings,Hero Honda Splendor and Passion.Aiming to revive the falling numbers Bajaj is lining up another five different models for this financial year.

The  available details of Bajaj XCD 135 DTS-Si are:-

Powered by 135cc DTS-Si engine, a 5-speed gearbox, auto choke, gas-filled Nitrox shock absorbers,and  digital speedometer.The engine develops 10.5bhp at peak.This bike will be placed in a price bracket of Rs.45,000/- ex-showroom Mumbai.

XCD135 DTS-Si also sports following features an electric-start and front disc brake digital cockpit, nitrox rear, low-friction front suspension, twin pilot headlamps and LED tail lamps.The expected mileage is 60-75Km/ltr, it seems a realistic figure.

Bajaj also explained further models plans for Indian market.Before quarter two we will see another two sub 135CC bikes from Bajaj and later two premium bikes 150CC and above.
