BMW has launched the 6 series Coupe for the Indian market. The 6 series will be available with three engine options. The 640d will have 3.0 Liter turbocharged diesel engine. The 640i on the other hand will house a 3.0 liter six pot motor with direct inject petrol. The biggest engine available is the 4.4 liter V8 petrol engine.
All the vehicles are electronically limited to 250 kmph and will be loaded with regular gadgetry the Bavarian manufacturer offers. The 650i will be priced at 75 lakhs and the 640 will cost northwards of 85 lakhs.The car is available in a gamut of colors to please all. A tuned up ‘M’ version can be expected to scrub shoulders with the Audi R8 and can pose a threat to it.
