Mercedes Benz tuner Brabus has launched a tuned the latest generation E-class coupe and the beast can hit 370km/h! The tuned E gets a 6.3L Twin-Turbo V12 that produces a massive 789bhp and 1047lb-ft of torque. All that power propels the E coupe to 100km/h in just 3.7 sec and a top speed of over 370km/h.
So why are we covering the E-class coupe? Well, one important reason is that Mercedes will bring in the E-class coupe to India later this year as a CBU.
With the engine done, Brabus then turned to the exteriors and interiors. The E gets new Coil-over suspension system, upgraded brakes, carbonfibre body panels and 19-inch wheels. Add to them aerodynamically sculpted front grille, front and rear bumpers, rear spoiler and a diffuser to keep the car on the road at such high velocities. Interiors receive lightweight leather seats, new sports steering wheel and carbonfibre trim on the dash, centre console and doors.
And the price for all this madness? Rs 3.1 crore in Europe. Gulp.
