Tata announced price cuts on Dec-10 with effective from Dec-8,the price cut for all passenger cars(Indica and Indigo series)ranges from Rs.12,000 to Rs.23,000.Also utility vehicles(Sumo and Safari Series) comes with Rs.16,000 to Rs.36,000 price cuts.Tata’s commercial vehicles became cheaper between Rs.30,000 to Rs.60,000.

Now Ford joins the league,they too made generous price cut announcements Fusion stripped its price tag by Rs.18,500,Fiesta by Rs.21,000 to Rs.25,000 and Endeavour by Rs.47,000 to Rs.54,000.Skoda expecting boost for their premium hatch back announced a price cut of Rs.12,500 while the maximum price cut reached at Rs.51,500.

Not only car manufacturers motorcycles also became cheaper.TVS Scooty became cheap by Rs.700 and Apache by Rs.2000.While Bajaj Auto Limited(BAL) offering a price reduction of Rs.2,100 to Rs.4,400.Hero Honda also slashed the prices from Rs.1,000 to Rs.2,000.
