Jagadish Khattar the iron man behind today’s Maruti Suzuki is not planning to enjoy his post retirement holiday.After a short break he is ready with his new venture Carnation, a network of multi-car sales and after sale service outlets.Carnation plans to pumps a whopping 1000Cr for developing it’s business model.
Carnation planning to focus on sales,service,lease and finance multi-branded cars.Also they are planning to sell value added products and accessories like batteries,tires etc. Carnation already have roped in PremjiInvest and IVCF for capital requirement. Mr.Khattar’s vision to rewrite customer experience at vehicle sales and service outlets by imparting his broad experience in automobile manufacturing.
If everything going well by next year Carnation will roll out its first set of Automobile Service Hubs in different cities. We wish him the very best in this endeavour!

Dear Sir,
I have given my car FORD IKON (AP 29F 3600) for servicing at Moulaali, Hyderabad, A.P. We appreciate your unique multibrand car servicing centre at one point with your great infrastructure.
I would like to bring into your notice is that Mr. J.Balakrishna, Supervisor – Business Development who when giving my car for servicing on 27/10/2009 I told him that i shall make the payment only with American Express Credit Card. To which he had confirmed me to that I will only make the payment of my car bill by American Express Credit Card only which he had confirmed with the accounts people and told me that I shall make the payment with the card, but after work is over they say that they do not entertain american express card,as it is mentioned at your cash counter that we accept all Credit Cards, Cash and SMILES.
But now after 7 days they are not agreeing for american express card and I am struck without any car. Please look into the matter and take immediate action.
