Fiat Palio Weekend Electric Version Launched In Brazil

Fiat launched Palio Weekend Electric version in Brazil.The electric variant of Fiat Palio Weekend is produced in Brazil plant.Fiat claims Palio Weekend can cover 125kms per each recharge and the maximum speed of this complete electric car will be 100km/hr.The selling price is approximately USD 70,000.

Fiat Palio Weekend Electric version was under development for the last three years and  this week we seen the final outcome of the whole efforts.The battery of this electric car is completely recyclable.The features of the Fiat Weekend electric car is not at par with other high end electric cars like Tesla.But Weekend can easily compete with our very own Reva cars.Reva cars also being sold in Brazil as Completely Built Units(CBU).

Fiat claims Weekend Electric will take only Nine seconds to reach 100Km/hr mark from stand still.Even though it is yet to be proved.Let us wait and  see whether Fiat Palio Weekend Electric will dent Reva’s position in Brazil.
