Hyundai Verna Goes Automatic

Hyundai Motors India(HMI) yesterday launched revamped versions of Verna,hot selling sedan. There are two diesel and two petrol variants,additionally the first diesel automatic variant in it’s segment.Following are the new petrol variants 1.6 VTVT & 1.6 SX VTVT and 1.5 CRDi VGT & 1.5 SX CRDi VGT are diesel variants.The Automatic variant comes under VGT SX label.

The petrol variants can deliver maximum power of 103.2PS@5500rpm and maximum torque of 14.9kgm@3000rpm. But Verna diesel variants are designed to deliver maximum power of 110ps@4000rpm and torque of 24kgm@1900-2750rpm .The top end version of Verna comes with five speed manual and four speed automatic transmission.

Hyundai Verna’s essentials remains same,but got some major changes in exterior and interiors.The radiator grille is totally new,OVRM gets an electrical drive,new chrome garnish in waistline and rear and a full wheel cover.Under the roof, new Vernas getting some new fabrics,an all new audio system with four speakers and two tweetes.Also an additional ABS feature.

The available six colour variants are Blushing Red, Stone Black, Crystal White, Champagne Gold, Sleek Silver & Deep Ocean Blue.Now comes the money part,
