Heavy rain lashed the Jerez circuit on Thursday morning limiting the test for all the teams. The test had top be brought to a stop after heavy water stagnation at the circuit. There were plenty of slipping and sliding after drivers struggled to keep the cars stable. Virgin GP’s car spun into the gravel trap while Kovalainen spun his Lotus damaging his front wing. Lotus dont have a spare wing meaning they are out of action for the rest of the day. Williams’s Rubens Barrichello clocked the fastest time of the morning. Click the jump to checkout the times.
