JLR come to Tata Nano’s rescue

Tata’s little marvel will soon have experts from Jaguar-Land Rover tinkering with it to sort out its problems, chief among which is identifying the source of fire that ravaged two Nanos . When contacted for confirmation, a Tata Motors spokesperson said “Tata Motors is conducting a very intense investigation into the incidents. It is being done by a team of experts, drawn from across the company.” The experts will also be involved in assisting Tata prepare the Nano Europa, which is scheduled to debut in Europe in 2011.

Looks like the Nanos are getting too ‘hot’ for Tata to handle. Let’s at least hope that the boffins from JLR are able to sort out the problems with the Nano.
