Mahindra Launches New Generation Pik Up in Australia

Mahindra Automotive Australia(MAA) launched the New Generation Pik Up in Australia.MAA is a joint venture between  India’s utility vehicle major Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and TMI Pacific.MAA claims the New Generation Pik Up comes with additional safety features,interior enhancement and a new look.

Mahindra New Generation Pik Up will be available in Single cab,dual cab or cab chassis 4×4 or 4×2 variants, the sale of this models expected to start this August.Mahindra is present in Australian market since 2007.Mahindra Pik Up have got new interior elements starting from new ergonomically designed seats by body pressure mapping, dual tone interior,2-Din audio containing stereo with CD/MP3,radio with USB and SD slots.

New Generation Pik Up’s seat belts are longer than the earlier one,and now OVRMs are electrically operated the hand brakes and gear shift lever also got a new look.The front grille has been changed to Scorpio Refresh type.We think Mahindra is looking out for  cash strapped Australian rural crowd.Let us wait and see how the second Generation Pik Up performs in Australia.
