Maruti Suzuki To Launch Splash In Next Quarter

Maruti Suzuki’s next major launch is Splash,yet another global small car.In last November we seen the debut of its another small car,A-Star.But it is a well known fact that A-Star did not find much takers even after it’s trendy looks and excellent fuel efficiency.Now we have some exclusive details about the Splash,earlier it was called Suzuki Ritz.
Maruti Suzuki is planning to launch Splash in first week of April.We hope this will be a good news for those wait for this small car for months together after last Auto Expo.Splash has been developed as part of Suzuki’s global strategy.Splash comes in second series of this global strategy.Suzuki Swift,SX4 and Grand Vitara were the preceders of this series.

Maruti Suzuki Splash Exterior and Interior
The exterior of Splash is one of the promising factor when comparing to other Maruti small cars.All major dimensions are exceeding Swift by some millimeters.Splash has it’s root relation to WagonR,yet another successful mini-multi purpose vehicle from Suzuki.Splash does have sufficient head and leg room for entire lot of passengers.The interior of Splash also undergone major changes interms of materials selection and colour combination.Maruti Suzuki has provided plenty of space to store the luggages of the passengers.With rear seats folded, one can use upto 1050ltrs cubiccapacity space.

Globally Suzuki Splash is available with three engine variants two petrol and one diesel variants.The diesel engine powered Splash is not confirmed for India till now.But two of these engines we have already seen in Indian roads, 1.0ltr petrol engine in A-Star and 1.3Diesel engine in hot selling Swift.The detailed specifications are given below.

1.The chassis and body structure is capable to absorb maximum force in case of a collision, even with a pedastrain.

2.Maruti Splash is equipped with Six air bags at various location to ensure maximum safety of occupants.

3.Anti Lock Braking System(ABS),Electronic Stability Program(EPS) are being incorporated in Splash to ensure maximum stability in case of hard braking.

4.Front seat belt with pre-tensioners and force limiters, ensures minimum injury to passengers during collisions by keeping them protected from other objects.Also visible indications are available to caution the driver about not wearing seat belts.

5.Brake and clutch pedal areas getting additional protection thus driver’s leg will less prone to injuries.
