1.If you want to keep the bike for a long time go for either CBZ or Karizma,they will give you excellent owner ship experience.
2.For stunning looks and performance you can choose Pulsar-200.
3.Unicorn is the best in 150CC as an all rounder,unfortunately the looks backfires.
4.FZ16 is a combination of everything you are looking for,but you may need to shell out some extra bucks for this 150CC bike.
Bonus Options;
1.Apache 160RTR is also a good choice when we compare the performance,styling and pricing.
2.And if you want to go for some thing new try Suzuki GS150R, it may “drive you crazy”

1.If you want to go for a long term bike then I would suggest Honda Unicorn
2.If you want some thing different but good value for money then opt for Suzuki GSR 150
3.If you want a mix of above two then I would suggest CBZ Xtreme
4.Now if your choice is to have a stunning bike then for sure Pulser 150

Out of the above two option, We would recommend you Honda CBF 125. The only reason behind the suggestion is this bike is proven when compared to the newbie Pulsar 135. Otherwise the comparison is not worth to conduct as both of them fall in different product category.
It is always go for cash purchase, as it relieve you from all hassles of finance arrangement also it will give you better negotiation power. Unfortunaley we can not suggest a finance provider for you. The reason behind is, the loans are totally dynamic, it varies from location to location, company to company and season to season.

Thanks for stopping by and commenting. About Pulsar 150 and 180 DTS Si, the choice is easy. Make your mind you need decent power and fuel economy combination or pure power. If the answer is first go for Pulsar 150 and in the other case go for Pulasr 180.
About Bajaj Avenger, it is the only affordable cruiser bike in India. So if you are ready to shell some extra bucks and want to enjoy the pleasure of crusing go ahead.
We don’t see any point in comparing a crusier and motor bike:-)

HMSI had displayed the Unicorn Sport Edition in last Auto Expo. So we may see the launch of this model by December-2010. Further HMSI is working on a 250cc model for launch of early next year or so. I want to purchase a new bike. This will be my first bike. My budget is around 60000. I am considering Hero Honda Passion Pro & Bajaj Pulsar 135. Passion Pro is available for around 53000 on road & Pulsar 135 for 59265 on road in Baroda. The mileage for both bikes is similar around 60kmpl. I read reviews whereby i came to know problems in Passion Pro- cold start & drive-ability in 2nd gear, whereas Pulsar 135 has somewhat higher maintenance & lower resale value. But Pulsar 135 has better pickup & advanced technology. Which bike should i prefer given both brands have their pros & cons? Which other bikes should i consider?

Sorry you got a tough task ahead. All three bikes are at par interms of performance. Bajaj Pulsar has come a long way since it’s inception interms of ride quality and styling. The Honda twins share similar engines. But on ride comfort part Unicorn got the edge over Hunk. As mileage of all three bikes also comes under same bracket our choice would be Unicorn. Just ensure the facility to get your bike serviced on time before finalizing your choice. Do share with us which is your final choice.

So still you are searching for a bike or you have decided to buy Unicorn? Anyway Unicorn Dazzler is basically a modified version of exisitng Unicorn. Dazzler’s engine is exactly same as that of Unicorn, but there is slight improvement in power. Honda attached many plastic elements and a good colour scheme to attract youth towards Dazzler. You may have to spend nearly Rs.10,000 extra if you want to keep yourself different from other Unicorns. I think now you have to make the desicision, whether it’s worth spending this extra.
If I was in your place, I would have said a straight no..to Dazzler considering the premium it carries in pricing.

Please refer to previous comment for difference between Dazzler and Unicorn. Now in addition to those points, we would like to mention Dazzler comes with rear disc brake as well.
Other than Unicorn, I think you can check out CBZ-Extreme and Suzuki GS150R too.

Thanks for your appreciation. We are happy to share our opinion sothat our readers get some useful information. If you have already purchased a Unicorn I will advice you to get Dazzler for your brother as you can enjoy both these beauties. If your brother also get a Unicorn it may appear boring.

If you are concerned about mileage Pulsar 180 will be the best bet, the overall mileage will fall in the range of 40 – 45Km/l. All others comes in the range of 40 Km/l.
currently i own a unicorn and planning to buy another bike 150cc segment but getting no clue which one to go for. i did try out with p150/apache/fz but not very keen to put in money. i shotlisted to gs150 & unicorn dazzler. other options/feddback are also welcome.

Suzuki GS 150 is a good looking bike with great refinement. Honda Dazzler is a spiced up version of your Unicorn but you may have to shell out some extra bucks. Why don’t you check Hero Honda CBZ once..?
