New Daewoo Matiz AKA Chevrolet Spark Spied

Daewoo Matiz is reincarnated in Indian market as Chevrolet Spark.In Korea Chevrolet is about launch a modified version of Daewoo Matiz.The new Matiz is altogether different from existing Spark and Matiz available in different markets.The new edition of Matiz looks like Chevrolet has put their best effort make it happen.

New Daewoo Matiz is full of features that normally don’t accompany with a small car.The headlights are huge,the front grille is totally new .It looks the ‘B’ pillar has been got a minor position change.That makes driver and co-pilot foot space more than that of existing model.The rear resembles to Beat,in side view.But it is different from Beat while you get a proper rear view.

New Matiz tail lamps looking new even though appears wierd to us.The brake lights are sharing space with turn indicators.The parking lamps got a nice housing and the roof has been extended to rear that further enhancing the styling of New Matiz.The interior of New Spark also underwent major changes, the upholstery is now more attractive by making colour combinations.

New Spark has got a unique instrument console position as well.The analogue-digital meters have been put side by side as a single unit and attached to the steering column.This makes the visibility is also getting adjusted along with the steering column height.The dashboard is full of equipments loaded a digital meter that clearly depicts all important driving parameters.

New Matiz is expected to be powered by a 1.0ltr, 16V engine which delivers 68bhp at maximum.Also the transmission could be an autobox.We are impressed by the package.So what do you think? Should Chevrolet replace the Indian Matiz as well?
