Rio, the compact SUV offering from Premier Automobiles Ltd(PAL) launched today.This min-SUV is developed by PAL in association with their Chinese partner Zoyte.Premier Zoyte Rio test mule was recently spotted in Indian roads.The pricing of Rio is the attraction.Premier has been adopted the powerhouse for Rio from Peugeot.
The overall dimensions(Length x Breadth x Height) of Premier Zoyte Rio are 3.9×1.5×1.6mtr.Rio comes with rear wheel drive system and have been priced between Rs.5.25lacs to Rs.5.95lacs.Currently there are three Rio variants available EX,DX and LX, all are coupled with a four speed manual transmission box.PAL wants to revive their image from the past and we have to wait and see how they can accomplish this goal.
