Royal Enfield is responding to the rumours saying that it is end of bullets in India.The legendry Indian motorcycle manufacturer today launched two new Bullet Classic motorcycles in New Delhi.The engine bigger version of Bullet Classic is powered by a 500cc twin-spark engine and the smaller version is a 350cc pot powered hero.Royal Enfield has not taken any diversion from the existing styling.
Though these new Bullet Classic was displayed in Intermot motorcycle show in Cologne Germany before it’s European commercial debut, it took months together to reach Indian sub-continental.The reason for the delay is said to be implantation and retuning of Keihin fuel injection system in 500CC engine to return desirable fuel efficiency.Another challenge was to make the engine noise and pollution figures conforming to Indian standards.

The Enfield Classic 500CC is said to deliver a maximum power of 27.2bhp at 5250rpm and maximum torque of 41.3Nm at 4000rpm.The fuel efficiency figures are yet to known.This most powerful India made bike holds a price tag of Rs.1.24lakh(ex-showroom) New Delhi.This variant is available in two shades, one exclusive muted blue colour and second a red-black combination.The presence 18” MRF Nylogrip tyres is a pleasant surprise .
Enfield Bullet Classic 350CC Specifications,Price
The smaller Bullet Classic is powered by a twin-spark engine which can easily deliver 19.8bhp at 5250rpm and a max torque of 28Nm at 4000rpm.The price tag of this Bullet Classic 350CC model is Rs.98,086(ex-showroom New Delhi).Here we have only one colour shade red-black combination, available.
