Please understand there is no completely certified CNG kit, being marketed. Typical of Indian processes, ARAI approves something and companies market something else. Nearly all the kits being marketed as Italian/Argentinian are consisting of one reducer being imported ( now some carrry that even as copied/sourced locally) and not consisting of rest of 13 items/components being supplied of same quality/design as approved by ARAI. Even safety items like high pressure solenoid is also done away with, which means the high pressure gas is always open throughout the kit and just stopped by final second stage solenoid restricting flow to engine.
Apart from this all other components are being localised, beyond approved tolerances risking the lives/car as well as increasing frequency of breakdowns. Nobody in transport Department KNOWS what everybody on the street knows.
