Skoda India top official Thomas Kuehl recently discussed about an upcoming Joint Venture (JV) between them and our very own Maruti Suzuki, to develop a new small car. This JV is going to spend minimum three years to develop an all new small car which sit below Fabia Hatchback. As we said in our previous post, we foresee a Skoda branded Maruti product in due course of time. Theophilus Chin, seeing the possibility of our blue eyed boy wearing Skoda badge and forming a Skoda Wagon R. The graphical illustration is really impressive.
The Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R’s huge front grille has been replaced with the Czech’s signature grille. The portion after A-column remains same in shape of current Maruti Suzuki Wagon-R with slight style enhancement to suite Skoda portfolio.
We are restricting ourselves from discussing about engine and power train options of Skoda Wagon R as it is just another rendering which is going to end on paper. Do let us know your opinion through our comment box.
