Spark LPG finally launched in India.We had informed the plans of Spark LPG variant launch before too.Few days before we had reported GM India’s Confidence Building campaign in the wake of GM US bankruptcy filing.In that campaign Mr.Sylm promised the launch of a premium sedan,a small car and LPG and CNG variants of existing models.
Spark LPG Price In India
Spark LPG is priced at Rs.3.52 lakh,Ex-showroom New Delhi.There is no additional changes other than LPG powered engine in new Spark LPG Variant.Mr.Slym said “We plan to continue to introduce the variance of the Spark that targets different groups of customers. This will enable us to achieve our goal of becoming a market leader in India by giving our customers the vehicles that they want, when they want them”
Spark is doing moderately well in India,but recent economic turmoil and uncertainty about parent company caused steep fall in General Motors India’s sales as well.So let us hope LPG variant of Spark will again revive GMI’s future in coming years.
