Sunday Specials Abu Dhabi’s Police cars; Formula police car included

Nothing can beat the Arabs! Just look at their line-up of Police cars – Nissan GT-R, Chevrolet Camaro and even the F999 – a formula racer! The villains better shift to faster cars! The F999 (Name of a future Ferrari powered by a 9999 cc engine?) was in front of a huge crowd of onlookers on the seafront boulevard on Yass Island to celebrate the State’s involvement in F1.

The car was complete with flashing blue lights and sirens. It was a promotional event held to promote safe driving, public safety and adherence to traffic rules. Fans were ecstatic when the police used it to act out a safety procedure involving a masked “criminal”. Also adding bling were police liveried 2 wheelers (aka racebikes). Oh, and the F999 also sent out a message to the baddies and the public – “we ensure your safety in the fastest way” (means-Hey you bad man, better stop or get your back burned) plastered on the sides of the engine cover.
