The Grande Sumo is now the Grande and has received several new snips and flicks. These include a new chrome grille, a pair of new ORVM’s with integrated turn indicators, chromed up handles and door moldings. To emphasize it’s muscular stance the B and C pillars have been blackened. The changes include new graphics which are plain unnecessary.
The interiors remain the same with its 7-seater and 8-seater variants. It retains the 2.2 liter DICOR engine putting out 120 bhp and 250 Nm torque. For a car its size, the Grande is priced at a humble 7.1 lakhs(Ex-showroom Delhi). Add to this a 3 year/100,000 km warranty which completes the package for an upgraded Grande Sumo.
But one thing we are not convinced is, why Tata is so obsessed with usage of chromes during all facelifts..?
