Toyota Kirloskar Motor’s small car dream is finally coming to reality. We had told you about their plans to launch first small car, The Etios for Indian market during New Delhi Auto Expo 2010. Etios though called as small car in India, Toyota will not limit it to India for sure. They are planning to launch variants of this small car in other emerging markets as well. Now Toyota India has started previewing their Etios on web and TV channels.
As we reported earlier Toyota is planning to launch hatchback and sedan variants of Etios. It seems Toyota is planning to introduce Etios Sedan in India and the hatchback will follow. This is first time Toyota launching a website for exclusively previewing their models ahead of Auto Expo in India. Like all other teaser campaigning they have not shown much details of Etios.
The available images and sneak peek of the Etios suggests, it is not merely a small car. It is big and can easily take on any sedan in Indian markets. The styling of rear cluster and side panel design looks impressive. So lots of expectations..now all eye balls are on Toyota for capturing the Etios. Wait till January 6th more details about Etios’s Indian arrival, price and exact features will be available by that time.
As we reported we will be covering Auto Expo 2010 exclusively so stay tuned.. mean while take a look of Etios by visiting their website.
