Volkswagen Beetle,the ‘peoples car’ to hit India by this year October.Earlier we had reported that Volkswagen will launch Beetle in India by year end.Now this news is excitement filled to us as well.But the sad part is,VW has chosen Completely Built Unit(CBU) for Beetle.
Result is obvious,a heavy price tag similar to Fiat 500.”We will launch the 
Beetle by the end of October. We have no plans to alter our decision to invest Rs 3,600 crore in India,” Volkswagen India-Project head Ludwig Geerken said.
So this October we will have a month of excitement for auto lovers,Toyota also has officially annouced the launch of Fortuner.One muscle man and second a miniature bug.But interestingly both models will be kept more or less same price bracket.
