Volkswagen America unvield a special edition Volkswagen Beetle pink convertible on Barbie doll’s 50th birthday.The launch ceremony happend at real-life Malibu Dream House in Malibu, California.This Pink Beetles are customized by Racing Werks, with Katzkin Leather & Interiors and FoamMolders also working on the cabrio.
This Barbee Special edition cars are resembling the Barbie doll in terms of the colour combinations and materials selected.The interior leathers are white colour with pink toning,floor mats getting hand stiched.
New Barbie Beetles exterior and interior are of same coloured sheets.Still there are small pink plastics bits to decorate the Beetle further.”Like the New Beetle, Barbie has made a remarkable impact on pop culture history, and still remains a cultural icon today,” said VW marketing GM Laura Soave.
