VW Polo In India With Custom Features

VW Polo launch in India is one of the most anticipated hatchback car launch bound to happen. We expect the launch will happen before this quarter or early second quarter of this year. Though there is no firm news on  VW Polo on road price in Indian cities, the speculated price tag is Rs. 6lacs (on the road). Most of you might have seen the Polo Hatchback images in just finished Auto Expo. Now more details coming from VW camp, the Polo in India will arrive with many optional customisations.

VW Polo customisation options will come in all departments like, accessories, safety and sports, and entertainment systems. “We will be offering cosmetics like safety features, entertainment systems and sports packages in our Polo cars. These features will be available at the dealers end during bookings,” said Volkswagen Chief General Manager (Marketing and PR) Lutz Kothe told reporters at the 10th Auto Expo.

All additional features will cost extra to basic equipment fitted in factory. VW in India already made a very good marketing campaign to mark their  entry to Indian subcontinent. We think  VW has already established  a  place in Indian customers mind. With this announcement of the customisable Polo’s arrival, we feel VW has read Indian customer’s mind, Other players have to take a call now to retain their market share.
